Crispy Potatoes

Potatoes are a staple in many households, but they are often fried in oil, making them unhealthy. This air fryer potato recipe is a healthier alternative that still packs a flavorful punch. The potatoes are cut into small cubes and seasoned with spices like paprika and garlic, then air fried to crispy perfection. This dish is perfect for a quick and easy side dish or as a snack. Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb potatoes or baby potatoes, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Rosemary (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the potato cubes, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and tender.
  5. Serve hot with rosemary on top (optional).
