Need a healthy dessert idea?! You must try my Greek yogurt popsicles!🍦🍠a refreshing and healthy dessert (full of protein, fiber, and antioxidants) with a lactose-free option! All you need is popsicle mold (which you can find on amazon, home goods, target, etc.) and 3 INGREDIENTS! 🙂

Ingredients
2 cups Greek yogurt (I used strawberry flavor. for lactose intolerant, use almond milk yogurt)
2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert popsicles sticks, and freeze until solid (4-6 hrs).
- Run popsicle molds under warm water to easily remove. Enjoy!
