Overnight Oats

Meal-prep overnight oats! I’ve been modifying my overnight oats recipe for the past few months and this is my favorite mixture! Satisfying, tasty, & healthy! Recipe below is for 1 jar of oats but I love meal prepping multiple for the work week with mason jars. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c old fashioned oats

  • 1/3 c milk (I used almond milk)

  • 1/3 c Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds or chia seeds 

  • 1/2 c berries

Directions

  • Mix oats, milk, yogurt and seeds together
  • Top with berries
  • Store in an airtight container overnight or for at least 5 hours
