Ingredients
3 chicken breasts
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic gloves, minced
Juice from 1 lemon
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp oregano, dried
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
- Mix together olive oil, garlic, lemon, parsley, paprika, oregano, salt & pepper.
- Add mixture to a large plastic food storage bag with the chicken breasts.
- Marinate chicken for 20 min or up to 2 days in the fridge.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 min per side, or until internal temp reaches 165 F.
