Homemade Matcha Yogurt

Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with MATCHA yogurt! Did you know that matcha is powdered green tea but with 100x the antioxidants? Matcha can boost energy, reduce stress, and lower inflammation. I love matcha for an extra boost of energy without the jitters!

Directions

  • Mix together 1 tbsp matcha powder and 6 oz Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla).
