Ingredients
1 cup brown rice, dry
12 oz ground turkey
1 small stalk of celery
10 oz broccoli
8 oz mushrooms
6 oz carrots
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Cook brown rice per package directions.
- Cook ground turkey on skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil for about 14-16 min or until 165 degrees F.
- Add broccoli to a skillet over medium heat with olive oil. After 5-7 min, add in mushrooms and carrots. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables become tender. Mix everything together.
