Ingredients
2/3 c extra-virgin olive oil
2 c packed fresh basil leaves
3 cloves garlic
1/2 c grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
1/4 c roasted pine nuts
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
- Add pine nuts, basil, & garlic to food processor and pulse until chopped.
- Add everything else & pulse until smooth.
