Ingredients
1 medium bunch broccoli
1 medium bunch cauliflower
1 sweet potato
1 chicken breast
1 can garbanzo beans
3 -5 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves
seasoning of choice for chicken
Directions
- Cut up chicken into small 2 inch cubes.
- Cut up sweet potatoes into small 1 inch cubes.
- Cut up broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces.
- Add everything to a sheet pan with olive oil, garlic, s&p, and seasoning of choice.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 425 degrees.
