Ingredients

  • 1 medium bunch broccoli

  • 1 medium bunch cauliflower

  • 1 sweet potato

  • 1 chicken breast

  • 1 can garbanzo beans

  • 3 -5 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • seasoning of choice for chicken

Directions

  • Cut up chicken into small 2 inch cubes.
  • Cut up sweet potatoes into small 1 inch cubes.
  • Cut up broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces.
  • Add everything to a sheet pan with olive oil, garlic, s&p, and seasoning of choice.
  • Bake for 25 minutes at 425 degrees.
