Cauliflower Steaks

These cauliflower steaks are such a fun way to eat cauliflower. They’re so tasty & easy to grill! See below for the recipe I created with rosemary, garlic, and Parmesan cheese but you can keep it simple by cutting the cauliflower into thick slices and grilling them with olive oil, salt & pepper.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower

  • 1-2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

  • Heat a grill to medium.
  • Slice the cauliflower head into 2-3 thick slices or “steaks.”
  • Brush or spray the cauliflower slices with olive oil, add garlic, salt, and pepper. Grill for 8-10, flipping halfway thru.
  • Sprinkle with rosemary, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes (optional).
