These cauliflower steaks are such a fun way to eat cauliflower. They’re so tasty & easy to grill! See below for the recipe I created with rosemary, garlic, and Parmesan cheese but you can keep it simple by cutting the cauliflower into thick slices and grilling them with olive oil, salt & pepper.

Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower
1-2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions
- Heat a grill to medium.
- Slice the cauliflower head into 2-3 thick slices or “steaks.”
- Brush or spray the cauliflower slices with olive oil, add garlic, salt, and pepper. Grill for 8-10, flipping halfway thru.
- Sprinkle with rosemary, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes (optional).
