Air Fryer Chicken Thighs


This easy-to-follow recipe is sure to delight with its juicy, flavorful, and crispy chicken. The chicken thighs are first marinated in a delightful mixture of lime juice and olive oil. Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Kickin’ Chicken Seasoning (or a combination of salt, onion powder, paprika, garlic, cayenne pepper, black pepper, sage, thyme, oregano, cumin)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice and olive oil.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the Kickin’ Chicken Seasoning.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable plastic bag.
  4. Pour the lime juice and olive oil mixture over the chicken and massage to evenly coat.
  5. Sprinkle the Kickin’ Chicken Seasoning over the chicken, and massage to evenly coat.
  6. Seal the plastic bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for best results.
  7. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  8. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overlapping.
  9. Air fry for 10-12 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the chicken is golden brown and crispy.
