Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp Kickin’ Chicken Seasoning (or a combination of salt, onion powder, paprika, garlic, cayenne pepper, black pepper, sage, thyme, oregano, cumin)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice and olive oil.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Kickin’ Chicken Seasoning.
- Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable plastic bag.
