It’s grilling season! One of my favs to grill: veggie skewers. So simple to make! I cut up a red onion, bell peppers, corn, mushrooms, zucchini, put on skewers, added olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, & grilled for 10-15 min, flipping occasionally. soo good!

Ingredients
1 red onion
2 bell peppers
1 ear of corn
8 white mushrooms
1 zucchini
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
- Cut up vegetables into 1/2″ slices or chunks and add to skewers.
- Brush vegetable skewers with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt & pepper.
- Grill for 10-15 minutes, flipping occasionally.
