Ingredients
4 cups Shaved Brussels sprouts
10-12 pieces turkey bacon
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup Chopped almonds
Pomegranate seeds from 1 pomegranate
Honey mustard dressing (I used one made with healthy avocado oil from @primalkitchenfoods )
Directions
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet on medium for 7-10 minutes, flipping frequently.
- Cut turkey bacon into bite size pieces.
- Add shaved brussels sprouts (and lettuce optional) to a bowl. Top with parmesan, chopped almonds, pomegranate seeds, turkey bacon, and dressing.
