If you didn’t know, I’m Italian which means I grew up on and LOVE spaghetti and meatballs! I made a healthier version, with half whole wheat pasta and half “zoodles”, which is zucchini spiralized. You can spiralize the zucchini yourself with a spiralizer or you can buy it already done at most grocery stores. I like doing half and half because you can barely even taste the zucchini and it secretly adds in a vegetable to your dish! If I don’t have time to make homemade marinara sauce, Rao’s Homemade is my favorite! I also swapped beef meatballs for turkey meatballs. When I want to save time, I use Trader Joe’s frozen turkey meatballs. Hope you enjoy!
