Healthier double chocolate donuts!! š© super easy & tasty! I cut out some saturated fat/sugar & added some fiber by using skim milk, monk fruit sweetener & whole wheat flour instead of heavy cream/sugar/flour. I used a donut pan that I got on amazon!

Ingredients
1 c whole wheat flour
1/4 cĀ @lakantoĀ monk fruit sweetener
2 eggs
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp ghee
1/2 c skim milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
For topping: 1/2 c chocolate chips & sprinkles
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Sift flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted ghee, skim milk, and vanilla.
- Stir wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
- Grease donut pan. Fill donut pan 3/4 full.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes. Inserted toothpick should come out clean.
- Allow to cool.
- Melt chocolate chips and dip one side of donuts in chocolate & add sprinkles.
